SCIENCE ADVISORY BOARD.

The members of the ADVISORY BOARD identify the "hot" topics, the research centers worldwide involved in a particular research, and suggest potential invited speakers. The SCHOOL  sends to that center an invitation-to-give-a talk to group leaders, their collaborators, and PhD students.

Research talks (up to 20) and tutorials talks (up to 10) are given by the invited speakers (leaders of the research groups or by their collaborators or PhD students) . The time allowed for each talk is 25 min + 10 min for discussion or 35min total. The time for the tutorial talks is 45 min +10min for  discussion.

The SCHOOL encourages the  invited speakers to immediately define the problems of their topics and subsequently present ways toward their solution.

The SCHOOL encourage participation of representatives of as many as possible various research centers worldwide. The
SCHOOL places a strong emphasis on participation of PhD students, post doctoral researchers, and advanced undergraduate students.
