ABSTRACTS: PREPARATION

The abstracts are published in THE BOOK of ABSTRACTS (ISSN: 1098-1632).

3-page abstract, submitted via email - any style,  is elaborated, concise presentation of the chosen topic, rather than a telegraphic information.  We encourage author(s) to include a few references and similar information, figures and tables if needed.  If a video presentation is included that should also be stated in the abstract.

(C) 1996. V. Alexander Stefan. (Oil-Acrylic)

The progress of science presupposes the possibility of unrestricted communication of all results and judgments--freedom of expression and instruction in all realms of intellectual endeavor. The freedom of communication is indispensable for development and extension of scientific knowledge. Such an ideal must be sought unremittingly if scientific thought, and philosophical and creative thinking in general, are to be advanced as far as possible.
