[Yes. Two talks can be given by the same researcher. The first author on two
presentations should not be the same researcher.]

2. When is the Deadline for Submission of Manuscripts ( MS) ?

[The deadline for MS submission is 3-4 months after the conference. IN PRINCIPLE The MANUSCRIPT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED at the TIME of the CONFERENCE .The MS's are submitted on DISC, MICROSOFT WORD, or EMAILED to the F S R C in MS WORD FORMAT. When emailing, please do in packages not more than 1 MB.]
